Description
Race specification titanium front brake caliper bolt kit, designed as a direct replacement for OEM steel caliper bolts. Made from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) with a tensile strength of 900–1050 MPa, offering exceptional strength at a fraction of the weight.
Bolt heads are cross-drilled on every flat for safety wire compatibility, making them ideal for both road and track use.

Delivery and returns
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery is free on orders over £25.
Returns: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@avantmotodesign.com before sending anything back.
Care
Torque: use a calibrated torque wrench and the manufacturer specification.
Anti-seize: titanium can gall if fitted dry. Apply a thin layer of copper-based anti-seize to the threads only, and keep it off the brake disc, pads and caliper faces.
After the first ride: re-check the torque, and check again at every service. Brakes are safety critical, so if you are in any doubt have a qualified technician fit and check them.
Cleaning: wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. A non-abrasive metal polish will bring back the shine.
