Description
Titanium chamfer socket cap head bolt in M6 (1.0mm pitch), available in multiple lengths. Made from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) with a tensile strength of 900–1050 MPa. The chamfered head design provides a clean, premium look and is compatible with our M6 aluminium cone washers.

Delivery and returns
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery is free on orders over £25.
Returns: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@avantmotodesign.com before sending anything back.
Care
Torque: use a calibrated torque wrench and the manufacturer specification.
Anti-seize: titanium can gall if fitted dry. Apply a thin layer of copper-based anti-seize to the threads when fitting into aluminium or steel.
Tools: use a well-fitting hex key and push it fully home before tightening, to avoid rounding the socket.
Cleaning: clean the coloured PVD finish with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, metal polish and harsh solvents, which can wear the coating.
