Description
Titanium fasteners are ideal for applications that require both lightness and high strength. Our M5 (0.80mm) x 10mm chamfer socket cap head bolts are made from titanium grade 5 which is both extremely strong and incredibly light, having one of the the highest strength-to-weight ratios available to the industry, 30% stronger than steel and around 40% lighter. As well as the weight saving benefits, the bolts offer higher corrosion resistance than OEM bolts.

Delivery and returns
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery is free on orders over £25.
Returns: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@avantmotodesign.com before sending anything back.
Care
Torque: use a calibrated torque wrench and the manufacturer specification.
Anti-seize: titanium can gall if fitted dry. Apply a thin layer of copper-based anti-seize to the threads when fitting into aluminium or steel.
Tools: use a well-fitting hex key and push it fully home before tightening, to avoid rounding the socket.
Cleaning: wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. A non-abrasive metal polish will bring back the shine.
