Description
Titanium bolt upgrade kit for our +10mm handlebar riser spacers for the Aprilia Tuono, designed to raise the handlebars to a more comfortable riding position and reduce fatigue without compromising handling. Precision-finished from high-strength 6082 T6 aluminium and profiled to match the original lower U-bolt for a factory-fit appearance.
2x M10 (1.5mm) x 40mm titanium socket cap bolts.

- Aprilia Tuono V4R 1000 (2011–2013)
- Aprilia Tuono V4R 1000 (2014–2015)
- Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR + Factory (2015–2019)
- Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory 1100 (2021 onwards)
Not compatible with the 2021 Tuono V4 1100 (non-Factory).
Delivery and returns
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery is free on orders over £25.
Returns: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@avantmotodesign.com before sending anything back.
Care
Torque: use a calibrated torque wrench and the manufacturer specification.
Anti-seize: titanium can gall if fitted dry. Apply a thin layer of copper-based anti-seize to the threads when fitting into aluminium or steel.
After the first ride: re-check the riser and handlebar clamp bolts, and check again at every service.
