RETURNS
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchases from Avant Moto Design, but we understand sometimes people change their minds.
If you wish to make a return your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund for the item if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. So please inform us by email at info@avantmotodesign.com giving us the reason for the return. To return an item(s) firstly print the Returns Form, complete it and return it with your invoice and goods to:

Please then ensure you return the item within 14 calendar days of placing the delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after these 14 days have passed.
When making a return please send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items missing or damaged in transit. We are not able to refund anything that is not returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and ready to be resold.
We will refund your payment minus the delivery costs. We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in unused/same condition it was sent out. Refunds can only be made to your original payment method.
In the unlikely event that you feel you have been sent a faulty item please contact us immediately to discuss.
We make every effort to ensure the product colours, finishes and descriptions are as accurate as possible on the website. However due to the nature of digital reproduction, we cannot guarantee exact depiction or that variations may not occur. All dimensions indicated are as accurate as possible.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, their delivery cost, materials, content or prices online at any time.
EXCHANGE ITEMS
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any delivery/shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged and for resending the preferred item back to you to be agreed before your unwanted item is returned to us. We can only exchange an item for a different style or colour depending on our stock availability and with the same value or higher than the original item (minus the original P&P costs). If the item you would like to exchange your order for is higher in price than the price of the original order, we will advise on the price difference to pay as well as the P&P charge for sending you the exchanged item.
Please Note: If your initial order qualified for Free Shipping, this offer is only applicable to the initial order and not for exchanged items. You will be responsible for paying for shipping the exchanged item back to you.
Please also note that P&P charges from the original order will be deducted from the credit amount of the original order against the total cost of the preferred item when the exchange is processed.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or broken please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.
LOST ITEMS
If your item does not arrive within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Europe/Rest of World), please contact us in case your delivery has been delayed.
Items returned to us by the postal service or couriers marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.
